Graduate of UQAC (Finance) and of the Institut québécois de planification financière, Patricia Girard, in addition to holding a Lean Six Sigma green belt certification, has distinguished herself within large finance and real estate organizations.

Using her ability to establish links between projects, she guided teams of experts while developing tools that allowed them to exceed the objectives set by management.

Taking advantage of the basic requirements for team mobilization, she helped hundreds of managers quickly and harmoniously implement initiatives directly benefitting their organizations.

Her "migratory path" inspired Patricia to launch Plan Monark, an approach and a platform that enable successful project execution, foster buy-in from all stakeholders and ensure lasting changes are effected. As CEO, she looks after the product vision, sales and operations.

A growth-focused tech entrepreneur, Francis founded, raised funds for and lead the successful exit of his SaaS/B2B startup, building a multi-national team of 60 employees and completing a strategic acquisition in the process.

An alumni of the MIT Entrepreneurship Development Program, his interests span technology, entrepreneurship, organizational performance, social responsibility as well as human and artificial intelligence.

He joined Plan Monark as partner and VP, with primary responsibilities over technology, funding and marketing.

Érick Chamberland is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) who holds a doctoral certificate in public administration, a doctoral degree is industrial relations and a master’s and bachelor’s degree in the same specialty.

After holding various union positions, he participated in updating the National Occupational Classification before working as Director of Human Resources, Payroll, and Labour Relations for Groupe Michel Cadrin.

Since 2003, has been an associate professor in management/HRM at the Département des sciences économiques et administratives (DSEA) of the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC).

From 2008 to 2014, he acted as a pedagogical advisor for the joint programs (Formation continue de l'UQAC and CISSS), helping with management succession planning in the Quebec health and social services network.

At the end of his interim duties as Dean of Academic Management and Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs, he went back to teaching collective bargaining, human resource management, organizational change, and research and intervention methods, both locally and internationally.

Committed to staying involved in his community, he recently became 2nd Vice-President of the Syndicat des professeures et professeurs de l'UQAC.

Ingrid Avila Tiomo is a doctoral student studying project management at the UQAC and a student member of the Laboratoire d’études multidisciplinaires en gestion de projets (LemGP).

She has worked as a project manager and as a consultant in the information systems and digital sector for several companies in France and is also head of the digital agency Ingrid Avila.

Her research interests include the social and political dimensions of projects, the sociopolitical complexity of projects, and the challenges of the contemporary project manager.

Her research focuses on the political skills stakeholders need for permanent and sustainable commitment to complex projects.

Jimmy Lacourse is a doctoral student studying project management at UQAC and a student member of the LemGP. He also holds a master’s degree in project management with a thesis from UQTR.

His thesis research interests lie in understanding the relationships between ethical concepts, decision making, and associated practices in organizational project management.

In recent years, he has worked in various student associations and has also served on several boards of directors throughout his university career.

Etienne Bouchard has 25 years of experience in the IT field, during which he acted as a programmer-analyst, Web developer, project coordinator and UX/UI designer.

As a Web developer (including six years as a freelancer), he has carried out more than a hundred projects of all sizes, on which he has acquired a solid experience in Web page integration, user interface design and in project management.

Over the past five years, he has discovered a passion for the user experience (UX). He has several self-taught training courses to his credit and accumulates projects on which he can put his knowledge in this field to good use.

A confident and enthusiastic programmer-analyst with 7+ years of experience in full-stack programming, François Allard is well versed in many programming languages and technological stacks.

With a friendly and understanding persona, he is able to gather all the needs of your project in order to advise on appropriate practices and solutions. His passion for innovative frameworks is contagious and he will not back out of any challenge.

Jean-Philippe Savard is a programmer-analyst with 3 years of experience in the field. He graduated from Cégep de Saint-Félicien with a DEC in Computer Science and he also graduated from UQAC with a bachelor's degree with a major in Video Game Design and a minor in Computing Management.

As a programmer-analyst, he has worked on several projects (both web and desktop applications) of different sizes and using various technologies. He is mainly a backend developer and his preferred language is C#.
